I just listened to a couple on a long car ride.
Pretty entertaining and a conversational style, like his Netflix shows.
One of the episodes I listened to covered something I’ve thought myself - Momofuku chili crisp vs Lao Gan Ma, giving credit for inspiration (or not), and so on. Eddie Huang (of fresh off the boat and and other fame) challenges him on this, and he sort-of responds, but does acknowledge the point.
Anyone else listening? Thoughts?
