Interesting! I seem to recall seeing a documentary on farming black truffles too.
Interesting - I wonder if this will make them more affordable, but I’d venture a guess not.
My experience with cultivated truffles is like Arthur Dent’s with trying to get a cup of tea on the spaceship. Similar to but the complete opposite of the real thing.
