There’s a panapuri stand for weekend evenings, from about 4pm - 7pm. A street food that’s made in the street, or in this case, outside the front entrance of the market in the parking lot.
I am no panapuri aficionado. According to their supporters in the line, these are as good as ones in Sunnyvale/ Santa Clara, but closer for them.
We tried a bunch of fillings- Katta Metta, Pineapple, Mango, Pan, Pomogranate, Regular. The people we chatted up liked Pineapple. I did too.
