We use a slow fermentation process for our naturally-leavened pizza dough (Hence our name -“Slow Co” ) and we appreciate the notion that good things in life take time to cultivate.”
They also use fancy aged cheese. I dropped by yesterday and the pizza exceeded my expectations.
