Yep, once they did away with the serve your own onions and sauerkraut I stopped eating the Costco dogs. What am I supposed to eat a hot dog with ketchup and relish, or just their yellow mustard?
Did they eliminate the brown ādeliā mustard too? I donāt like mustard so I might not have noticed.
Yes!! I guess Iāll have to bring my own condiments.
Thatās so weird! Our Samās Club (which has a mean dog as well) almost always is out of onions, and itās just not the same without them.
Iāve joked in our local food group that itās now BYOO.
You guys are right, no more brown deli mustard and sauerkraut long gone. I didnāt know about no more onions. Only yellow mustard and relish on a dog is kind of unbalanced IMO. Onions or SK provide some counter balance. I was also a fan of the Polish dog.
Yeah, they dumbed that down, too. No comparison between a Polish with the deli mustard and the hot dog with yellow. Yech. Might as well stop with the relish, too.
I used to buy an occasional churro which objectively was terrible but a guilty pleasure. Hard to understand why people in nyc are lining up to buy the pizza, I guess itās cost, but we have pretty good, inexpensive pizza in nyc.
Iāve never had a Costco chicken bake or a hot dog, to my eye, not appealing.
Best,
We donāt even have a cat and I want one!
I want two!
I doubt that recycled box contraption would take the weight of the 17+# black cat.
Todayās foray into my local Costco saw lamb roasts @ $6 off each, so I picked up one for ājustā $20. I saw the normal sized muffin selection, $6.99 for 8 and picked up the almond poppy seed ones. $6.99 for a dozen eggs, limit three eggs. 'Cados were $10 for a bag of 6, lemons $7.99 for a bag and I almost bought a bag of Cara Cara oranges. There were heads-on Argentinian prawns for ~ $20. No cardboard cat entertainment center.
These used to be a weakness for me, Iām not sure why. Thereās a textural element to the quasi-crisped dough, the chunk chicken and the cheesy sauce.
It tastes better than it sounds. Oh, and itās driver-friendly.
They were in South San Francisco too.
Does St. Augustine Costco have this?
Sheet pan vegetables - 12.39 for 4 pounds (i.e., 3.09/pound) - the kind of mix Iād make on my own if I were easily able to get small quantities of everything raw - just cooking for two. Lightly seasoned - acceptable sodium 230 mg per cup. Mix includes sweet potato, broccoli, red onion, zucchini, Brussel sprouts. At the MN E.P. Costco. Iād not seen these before, but seldom look at the case with large-sized bags of frozen fruits or veggies.
They were right next to the Hensā Teeth.
I have seen these at my Costco (Yonkers NY) recently as well - how were they? Mr. Bionda doesnāt like sweet potatoes but the rest of the mix would suit us well.
Good deal on chicken feet (sorry, I canāt call them pawsā¦). They were over $2/lb last weekend at a local Chinese market.
