We had another great dinner at Corso 98. We haven’t been here in a while. Luckily we had an early reservation since they had a huge birthday
party for 30 people scheduled an hour after our reservation. At least we had a little over a half hour of peace and quiet before it got crazy and the birthday party people took over the restaurant.
We shared several appetizers including lobster risotto with garden peas, cremini mushrooms, spinach, grana padana cheese, and fresh herbs; clams casino with crispy bacon, herbed butter, white wine lemon sauce; roasted red beet salad with French feta cheese, oranges and roasted almonds.
For entrees Mrs. P had pan seared sesame crusted tuna with spaghetti cut zucchini, wasabi, and white peach teriyaki sauce. I had an excellent veal chop marsala with cremini mushrooms, mashed potatoes, broccolini, and a marsala demi glaze which went great with a Cooper and Thief red blend.
