My husband and I will be in Copenhagen late February/early March. We’re looking for restaurant recommendations, especially for dinner. My husband does not eat red meat - eats only fish/chicken/turkey/pasta. We have grown somewhat tired of tasting menus and prefer to order al a carte, unless it is an exceptional experience. Thank you in advance for your help!

Highlights were our meals at Bar’Vin and No. 30, a couple of lunches at Torvehallerne, and a visit to the Reffen food truck market.
I didn’t take notes on restaurants in CPH during the two times I visited, but what I can say about Denmark in general is that Oh. My. God. The. Bread. I have never had such a variety of delicious bread offerings in any other country in the world, and yes I am counting France. Denmark wins hands down.
