Cooper’s Sharp is indeed the best “American cheese”. [Not to be confused with “best cheese made in America”.]
I’m thrilled I can find it now in markets near me in South FL.
But sorry, it ain’t a pizza cheese. That’s borderline abomination, unless maybe they’re just using a very small percentage in a blend.
