Yesterday I had a marvelous meal at Padaek, the S. Arlington location. Every other Sunday, on the patio, they will feature street food favorites by Seng.
My favorites were a ‘yellow tofu’ salad, a thin noodle dish, and tapioca balls with a savory interior. All with tremendous depth of many flavors. Also very good was a pork jerky with a sriracha dipping sauce alongside good skewers of chicken and meatballs. Falooda for dessert. Inside, you can order from the full menu.
A dreamy Fathers Day meal, but one you can repeat throughout the warm weather months.
