Announcing that one of Washington’s finest breweries has opened a new brewery and tasting room, effective 9/8/16. Located at Skagit Regional Airport, rumor has it that most of Chuckanut’s brewing will be shifted here from the Bellingham waterfront.

Chuckanut has won my everlasting love by mastering the basics before showing off with obscure and esoteric beers (take notice Holy Mountain). They also do not slavishly worship at the altar of high IBV brews. Chuckanut’s Kolsch is a particular standout, as is their Pilsener.

BUMP. Anyone been to South Nut yet?

This is probably the most underrated beer in Washington. Go get it!

I have not seen it in Southern Oregon, Do they distribute regionally, or just Wa. State?
