Have you seen “the making of Caddyshack?” Funnier than the movie. That was one bizarre film that made it because of 4 days of Bill Murray’s time.

I haven’t thought about this movie in so long! I saw your comment last night and it really sent me down a rabbit hole. I used to go to a fantastic blues bar in Austin called Joe’s Generic Bar, a legit dive next door to a brothel, with no cover, beers sold out of an ice chest, bathroom out back that was (I think) a super-gross porta-potty, and some of the best music around at that time.
And I have (I guess) a false memory of at least once a band playing behind chicken wire. At some point I married my memories of Joe’s Generic and The Blues Brothers movie.

Oh I have–many, many times. It’s one of my family’s favorite movies. I always found Blue Lou’s reading of that line very funny.
