Does anyone have any favourite restaurants, cafés, pâtisseries located in or near Chinon?
I searched Chinon on HO, and all the mentions specific to Chinon related to wines from Chinon.
A dear friend will be staying in Chinon this month. I will post about any of her recommended spots after her trip ends..

It’s been along time since i was in Chinon but there was a 1* Michelin place there that was quite lovely. Cant remember the name,sorry.
Ive not been in a dozen years, but Google Maps shows lots of options.
Oh, my friend has maps and Google. She is savvy in that way. She is staying at a lovely hotel. I know she has some plans already.
It’s just nice to have a rec or 2 from a friendly HO. 
We only were in Chinon during the day, and its been so long (with the pandemic in the middle) that I wouldnt evennwant to tey to guess whats still there under the same chef/management.
