I’ll be hanging out at this event (dunsay). Last year it was chaotic and somewhat misorganized but really fun. There are all of these cheeses, and the idea of competing to describe the cheeses, select the cheeses… and having proper raclette. As a tip, one wants to get there on time - food disappears quick. And it’s crowded.
