I haven’t ordered it lately at a restaurant. (I want to visit the reopened Le Select https://www.leselectbistro.com/menu/dinner/#menu-dining-menus )
I have been enjoying the terrines, pâtés, head cheese and salami sold at Sanagan’s Meatlocker lately.

Richmond Station has a nice charcuterie plate that changes frequently. They also usually have a nice terrine. The rest of the menu is terrific, so good for a birthday.

Boy, do I wish there was a Sanagans near me. Will most definitely need to plan a visit with a cooler in the car.
