Yes, I heard that he (Meyer) was tapped as the new chef at La Chèvre d’Or in Èze. Quite an accomplishment for a 30-year old.

We really loved our 4-course lunch at La Scène Thélème last fall. Review here. I will definitely give Granite another try this September. Thanks for the heads up.
