Thanks to all for your suggestions. I’d been hoping that cashews would be the main feature in a savoury dish, but no worries. Sticking to the main feature though, I think I’ll go with Saregama’s suggestion of chikki.
There are indian savory dishes with cashew as the main ingredient - southern ones may be interesting, as that’s where cashews are grown.
