TL;DR- She doesn’t make enough ad revenue to make it pay. The only way to make it work would be to go to a self-shot single camera which she believes would be a drop in quality.
She seems very attached to the production values attached to a big operation like the BA Test Kitchen. She’s going to focus on her substack and podcast. Possibilities of a network show maybe sometime in the vague future.
Bummer. Her “daddy pasta” (basically meatless carbonara) is one of our favorite indulgences.
