Have you tried this bread? I am not eating gluten free and I really enjoy this line of gf breads. Typically found in the freezer section in grocery stores and on the shelf in health food markets. Low sugar which I prefer and makes a nuce sandwich bread.

Made grilled gouda and peaches on the whole wheat.
Bread salad with the rye, toasted.
PBJ on the seeded grain.
