New to HO. Would this be an appropriate place to ask for a butcher recommendation within a reasonable distance from Ocala, FL? I’m relatively new to the area, so I haven’t tried many places. I’ve been to Best Meats in Wildwood. Got a ribeye that was somewhere between Select and Choice. I’m looking for Prime! I’ve also been to Angus in Dunnellon and the local grocery chains. Jury is still out there, but Prime beef doesn’t seem to be an option. Any suggestions?
