Brooklyn Copper Cookware 3 Quart Sauté—Worth the Wait!

Thanks Kaleo and Brooklyn Copper. I love to read about crafted copper pans especially when they are thoughtfully and intelligently written. I admire their long handles and rivet placement. Pans, in general, might tend to pull away from the top of the handle’s base on the main long handle, as the fulcrum point is below, while it’s just the opposite for a short helper handle- with the fulcrum higher and the rivets below. So these seem perfect in that respect.

This pan seems to present itself with integrity and thoughtfulness. There will always be room to debate style and function, especially concerning a vessel that is not just a tool but both art and craft as well- and subject to the cook’s needs and whims… Ultimately it stands on it’s own and demands our respect. Good job all the way around.
