I see the article refers to the Great Jaffa Cake Debacle. Was a Jaffa Cake a biscuit - on which Value Added Tax would be levied - or a cake, which would be VAT free? Court eventually concluded it was a cake. A good thing, as I lurve 'em and can easily disappear a whole packet in one session.

Are those the little orange jelly stuffed chocolate cookies I mean cakes? I loved them as a kid, and they are currently available at our local Aldi (in the US, you can get them everywhere in Germany).
