Haven’t tried st augustine bbq thinking most of the bbq in fl hasn’t been great, gave brisky’s a try last night and the texas style fatty brisket was just fabulous! We also had half a rack of st louis ribs, perfectly smoked but the rub was just a little too sweet. My wife had turkey (a little dry) and pulled pork (good but not up to nc/sc standards). Sides were good not great.

Definitely going back for brisket, chicken looked good but they were out by the time we arrived. Also, a lot of people ordered baby backs, for $15/rack looked like a steal. almost forgot, the cheddar/jalapeno sausauge was to die for!
