A chain out of Dallas (surprise, surprise) started a couple of years ago, moving into Houston, with a lot of attention from TikTok. I’ve seen the one across from Greenway Plaza and wondered what it was. Chopped salads stuffed into a hollowed out baguette! I must admit I wanna try it.
