Bread Machine Recipe Exchange

I made some rye bread in the Mini Zojirushi following this recipe:

Only I used dark rye flour instead of light as I could only find dark. I thought it came out pretty well. I added the optional dried onion and caraway seeds.

Lemon cake again today (round 3). The changes I made for round 2 which I thought successfully solved the sunken center problem seemed to have no improved results today. Still tasty, just looks terrible. For round 4 I’ll both use full 300 gm flour AND decrease baking powder to 2 tsp.
