I had heard rumors about the empty Westchester Bagel Café space across from Lord & Taylor and the Vernon Hills Shopping Plaza, now it is confirmed. Brandi Pizzeria & Trattoria, the same team that is about to open in Port Chester, has taken the lease and will build another restaurant here. I assume it will be the same format…
