When we crave Southwestern cuisine we make our way to Boxcar Cantina on the Greenwich/Byram line. The specially sourced ingredients they use in their cooking shows up in the plate in tasty fashion. Early last evening it was a fine option after a rainy day movie. Their Tee-Pee Nachos for two is very flavorful and much better that those versions thrown together at local haunts. I often opt for the Cantina Burger wrapped in a soft taco, while my companion is fond of their Mexican Salad with chicken. Portions are ample.
