This week’s New Yorker Radio Hour, on public radio stations, begins with editor David Remnick interviewing Anthony Bourdain about his 20-year celebrity, which began when the magazine published Bourdain’s article, which was later expanded into the best-selling “Kitchen Confidential”.
Bourdain is also the subject of a long article in the magazine.
