Expect the tang of pomegranate molasses, black lime for gentle sourness, cardamom for warmth, while rose gives bright, floral notes. Finished with the bittersweet notes of gentian and organic wildflower honey.
Hmmmm - not sure about this flavour profile. Don’t think I would spend that amount just to try, in case I didn’t like it. Might try it at a bar if they have it available.
Is the drink available to try at his restaurants?
His website is selling the drink and an associated ‘aperetivo box’ but doesn’t mention it being served at his restaurants. I think they would probably sell the product in the delis adjacent to some of his restaurants?

That’s a good point, it’s a bit pricey for a blind buy, especially with such a unique flavour combo. I’d be curious to try it too, but only if I could taste a sample first. Maybe the delis will let people try a little before buying? O
I’m curious, but cautious about this, but think I wouldn’t buy if I couldn’t sample or taste at a friend’s party. Well, back when people had parties, that is…
