I’m currently reading and enjoying Have You Eaten Yet? It’s by Cheuk Kwan, a documentary filmmaker who traveled around the the world seeking the stories behind Chinese restaurants in places ranging from Tromso, Norway to Havana, Cuba to Mumbai and New Delhi, India. The people he talks with are fascinating. What’s also interesting is that you can watch the documentary chapters he made on YouTube for free.
