Yeah, that quantity would work better for me (1/4 batch) - I’ve printed it out as a reminder - it looks very good!

I got Joshua mcfadden’s “Six Seasons of Pasta’” and am making my first recipe from it. A test run for my annual friends’ Christmas party : lamb ragu.
I’ve made a couple good bolognese recipes in my life but never with lamb, so I’m excited.
