Where can I get some? I looked into this some years ago but never found a source. The spices are intriguing – as if I needed another type of sausage in my life.
MeatCrafters has it by mail order, but it’s too expensive. A pound is $12, but the shipping is almost $21.

MeatCrafters is in Landover which is only about 10 miles N.W. DC. Perhaps you can a pick up at their office? $12 per Pound looks pretty standard.
They are also at several area farmers markets over the weekend.
