Black Dog Pub in [Bayfield, Ontario]

Enjoyed a late lunch at the Black Dog Pub patio in Bayfield. This is one of my favourite pubs in Southwestern Ontario.

No reservations.

The cheeseburger with local Metzger Meats bacon and fries cost $24.

Brownie sundae was $13.

The Lake House Restaurant, which had replaced the Red Pump around 2019, has been replaced by 1851 Bayfield Landingbistro.

Returned to the Black Dog this week.

The sandwich feature was roast beef with cheese, arugula and horseradish.

DCs had the junior bacon cheeseburger.

We shared a Caesar salad and fried garlic shrimp.

We also shared a pavlova with vanilla ice cream and peach compote,

and a lemon semifreddo with pizzelle.
