We had El Pollo Loco chicken a number of times over the years and usually find it OK, though sometimes overcooked. They’re now promoting Birria (which I guess they do periodically) and I’m wondering if it’s worth a try.
I’ve gotten responses here before saying ‘just get some’ but hopefully I’ll also get some reasonable opinions. It’s beef, not goat, and they offer tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. I’d think it’s not great, but which item would give it its best showcase or which do they do ‘best’?
