I was saddened to read this last night. I only have one of his cookbooks, but it has the well known ricotta pancakes with honeycomb butter.

You beat me to the post, John. I was sad to hear about Bill from Nigella Lawson’s Instagram. Such a great talent. Will cook up some Bill-inspired breakfasts in his honour.
