Great. I heard actually it was cheaper just a few years ago in Hong Kong as well as outside Hong Kong. It just doubled everywhere. So many cleavers. The ones for the BBQ (able to cut through chicken and duck bones easily) or even something thicker?
I think it’s the bone chopper no2. I already have the bbq chopper but it’s very big. I just needed something for breaking down chickens. Was thinking of getting the thicker one as well, the no1 for meat, but decided not to.
Excellent
By the way, the Chan Chi Kee peelers are good too. They are a little aggressive. Beware that they peel and shave deep, and they are right handed. (Shave from left to right, so they ate designed for right hands)
If I were there I would buy two of everything. Sigh.
It’s the Strategic Cleaver Reserve.
Maybe the US government will buy some cleavers and hold them as a monetary asset. CCK has limited the number of knives they’ll ever produce to 21 million.
Tariff those cleavers!
Ever? I wonder why they’d do something like that. Ever is a long time!
Small dipping dishes (great for pill dispensing, spoon rests, and lots of other stuff). A flattish perforated something for lifting out boiled dumplings, pierogi, etc. (No idea what it’s called.) Bamboo rice paddle.
Spider? Skimmer? Spoodle?
That fairly describes my new wok shovel.
