An episode of the BBC World Service program was posted about a year ago, but I started this thread to recommend The Food Chain in general. They cover a wide range of food-related subjects. Mist recently, Nathan Myhrvold talked about the resurrection of excellent bread. He says that there has never before been as many flour choices, with the result that better bread can be made now than in the past.
