Absolutely smashing meal at Barley Swine in Austin a few months ago. Two Michelin stars in my view, and no I am not an inspector. 
Reminded me of the early days of some of my favorites back home in San Francisco. If I have one minor nit to pick just like I would at Lazy Bear in SF, it’s the salt buildup as the courses progress. Another one is I found the wine pairing slightly pricey compared to the food. YMMV. I loved the Amaro tasting at the end of the meal. I’ll be back every time I’m in Austin!
