Bar Agricole and Trou Normand bringing back tipping (SF)

I find this interesting- Among all the Danny-Meyer-eliminating-tipping news, that Bar Agricole and Trou Normand are going the opposite way, because they said they couldn’t retain staff because of lower pay.

Makes sense . I would think it provides more of a incentive for the servers . You hustle , do your job well and work for the tip . Rather than here’s my pay with no tip . Tipping pays better .
