‘Nai Ek’ (or Mister X) along Thanon Yaowarat, right across the road from Singapore-owned Hotel Royal, serves one of the best Taechiu “guay jiap” in Yaowarat (Bangkok Chinatown).

  1. “Guay Jiap” with pig’s liver, intestines, stomach, and “moo krob” (crisp-skinned roast pork).

  2. Stewed pig’s trotters.

  3. Braised tofu and salted vegetables.

  4. Finish off your meal with a bowl of sweet mung beans (“tau suan”) and yam in coconut milk.
