I really like Loncheria Otro Rollo. They cook Guadalajaran specialties at a high level. It is better than the few things we ate at Guadalajara when we passed by years ago.
I think this was the torta-lonche. The best sandwich for me this year. The good filling was matched by the bread that’s nicely crisp on the outside.
Torta ahogada. The highlight was the arbol chile and vinegar sauce that the torta was dunked into. Messy, but worth it.
The rest was a combination of tostadas, taquitos, tacos. Some were not pictured. The chile de arbol sauce made appearances some time and they were all quite decent.
