Anyone know of a store in the GTA that carries back oblaten? I’ve checked all the local sources, but no one has them this year. I know amazon is an option, but am not so keen on ordering food from them.
Oh, man! That brings back childhood memories. They’re all over the place in Germany around this time of year. No Aldi in CA, I take it?
Sadly, no. The German bakery in town closed last year and that was my main source. The various European delis I’ve checked don’t have them. I need them for Elisenlebkuchen and Macronen.
If you don’t want to order from Amazon, you can also order from one of the German online stores like German Grocery Store
