But really, some are complaining about the price? „2,590 = ÂŁ13.05 = about $17.50 USD. A large Whopper is „890 / ÂŁ4.47 / $6.00 USD. You’re getting FOUR more burger patties, four slices of cheese, bacon, and the other usual toppings.

So unless I’m totally screwing up the conversion rates, I’m not seeing the prices for the Sumo to be all that far off. :woman_shrugging:

I used to get the Double Whopper when I was much younger. I am not sure I could eat that much in one sitting now.

Gotta give them credit for 5 patties
but US has its own monstrosities. Best the US can do is Quadruple Baconator from Wendy’s and In ‘n Out 4x4.

I used to only ever get the Jr. Whopper with cheese, until one late evening after recording our CD at the music school, and I found myself starving. BK was the only thing open at 10pm, and I ordered a double with cheese. A single would’ve sufficed, but it was delicious. Too much, but delicious.
