On a flight from Los Angeles to Seattle, when we flew over Crater Lake the pilot helpfully tilted the plane to one side and then the other, so people on each side could get a look down.
Good for him! Impressive.
nice
Foodies!
We’re all SOLD OUT for Chef John Daley’s Roku Supper Club on memorial weekend, looking forward to seeing you then!
Unfortunately therewill be no June RSC because you can find us at The Southern Oregon Classic throwing down at the big culinary feast.
But I do have some EXCITING NEWS for JULY!
My dear friend and previously featured guest Chef Daniel Russell of Chateau Briand Ashland will be returning in July for a very special ROKU’ JULY
“4th of July” Japanese BBQ themed Roku Supper Club, a few cold/raw dishes but mostly an all hot food menu to showcase Daniel’s amazing skills behind the grill.
We got some pretty awesome ideas for this one that go pretty nicely along with the yakitori(skewers), Izakaya(small plates) and that summer BBQ feel but keeping with the elegant/fine dining aesthetic of Roku Supper Club.
Gonna be a super good time!
Date: Sunday, July 20th.
Two seatings of six people: 5:00pm and 7:00pm
Lication: Rogue Roasters Coffee in Grants Pass
Price per person: $115
Includes: 6 course tasting menu and complimentary alcohol pairing at no extra charge.
Hope to see you there.

Anyone familiar with Tunisian food culture?
Close to other cuisines?
Rogue Tunisian! Where is it? (google Rogue Tunisian and you get a lot of naughty people, add Oregon and you get lots of beer.
I suppose it’s like other Magreb cuisines, maybe a bit more French influence as it was a colony a while back – the 50s I think.
I’m interested. I just had some very good merguez today – loved it.
I looked at their Insta, Medford is mentioned. But taking pre-orders and not listing an address makes me wonder if it’s home-based or commissary kitchen based rather than a typical restaurant?
I think that’s probably right. I’ll call when I get to Oregon. It looks great
Thanks!
That is so wow it looks faked!
He’s very good.
Wow! Just Wow. I;m very hopeful of clear weather – favorable weather reports. I’m eager to see it
