Are you ever just not in the mood for anything?

When nothing sounds good, I either make cheese toast (if I’m by myself) or middle school tacos with hard shells and ground beef (if my husband is around). Pizza always works too.

Cream Cheese Scrambled Eggs and an English muffin.
Soup from the freezer.
A bowl of cereal.
Goldfish crackers.

I don’t try and force it. I just eat the easiest thing available.

Great question. It happens to me when i am tired and hungry and not feeling that hungry but i am.

Gf and i have a list of local restaurants we haven’t been to. We roll dice and go to one of them. Basically, you don’t want anything you know about so have something you don’t know about.

I also consider ramping up exercise. Best way to beat the blahs, but sometimes hard to do when you have the blahs.

I hadn’t considered whether the random approach works for cooking at home.
