My neighbour swears by this Halal butcher for quality steaks. But she says you have to go early in the morning because the good stuff sells out quickly. Once she and her husband became regulars they were offered a sheeps brain free of charge, and given instructions on how to cook it. She declared that it was utterly delicious.
