Anyone notice the digital "fly" crawling around the page?

Ya got me. I just got a new screen and thought it had a problem, then realized it wasn’t crawling out of the web page. Sneaky bugga!

I spend about an hour trying to figure out what malware I got hit by.

@ipsedixit
Ok so you got me too !
I first thought that it was a bug on my screen and tried to squash it.
Then I thought it was hackers so contacted @sck especially because of the recent DDoS that we experienced.
If you ever want me off the platform PM me a picture of a fly and I’ll get the message. :grinning:

@ipsedixit - cool Avatar name!

Your joke is funny.
I’m ready for you next year and
I Dare you to try and trick me.

I have put HO on my “Do NOT” calendar reminder(s) for 3/31 - through 4/2 - comma, every year.

HO may think it funny, but it’s not when people suddenly have to check what they’ve been infected with. we have enough bad actors on the web.

Yes, I was worried, at first, that my device was infected too then came across this thread.

Fruit flies!
Vegetables walk.

I like spiders. And snakes! No one’s writing songs about me, I guess.

I’m all for a good joke but this one hurt my eyes. I couldn’t read anything yesterday because of this.

I didn’t have a problem because the real roaches crawling around here kept killing them. Finally, something positive from my pets. :nauseated_face:

Day three. This is no longer amusing.

The fly disappeared well before midnight of April 1 :confused:

I guess it persisted for me because I didn’t log out. I just did, and the fly is gone.
