Had Galbi jjim for the first time at Sun Nong Dan in LA Koreatown recently. I liked it but was particularly impressed with the beef neck and dried cabbage stew 따귀 해장국 醒酒湯. I’ve not had anything like this around here, but am not an expert. Any pointers?

Love Sun Nong Dong’s galbi jjim. Tried Barnzu’s version this weekend. Great hospitality, but nowhere close.
