Bo’s Bistro on Solano in Albany is now Ramen Kitchen, with the same staff and cooks but now just ramen and a few appetizers. For lunch I had “shoyu” ramen. The broth was a little too rough with soy sauce, but the noodles were good, the boiled egg just right and the pork slices were thick. At $9.75, it’s a good deal, and I’ll be back to try the others.
The place was fairly busy, but I think they’ll miss the weekend brunch crowd. I know I’ll miss Bo’s exceptional hash browns.
