Yonsei Handrolls, specializing in open-faced Japanese temaki (sushi handrolls), has opened a second location in Albany (original is in Oakland’s Uptown). Owner/chef Kyle Itani, of the now-closed Hopscotch fame, also runs Itani Ramen and two Itani Sushi locations in Oakland and Berkeley.
