I need a place in the Back Bay or toward Fenway to grab some drinks outside tomorrow afternoon. I know of the spots Downtown/Seaport but am not looking to go there. Atmosphere is key.
In the shadow of Fenway, I love the tiny bamboo-lined patio at Audubon. Haven’t been in a couple of years but the folks who had taken it over from the Cambridge 1 team was putting out some tasty food coupled with friendly and earnest service.
Love that patio at Audubon. I was hoping for something with a bit more of a view, but really didn;t come up with much. We ended up on the patio of Eastern Standard, which was nice yesterday. I have been patronizing Audubon since it opened. I actually preferred it before the changeover, but old habits die hard.
